Strategic Plans
Event Logistics Binder
Click on the image below to open the Ram Catholic Senior Giving Event Logistics document. The document was created to assist future student volunteers, as well as feature the success of this event. Each year the graduating class of Ram Catholic Ministries is invited to three events to honor their time at CSU and cultivate potential donor relationships. For these events I worked along side Ram Catholic's development director. I chose the theme, created the promotional materials, managed attendee lists and oversaw decor. This document includes logistical tasks, promotional samples, a budget breakdown and event photos. Read more about the event here.
Coordinator Handbook
Click on the document below to open the TEDxCSU Innovation Alley Coordinator Handbook. This handbook was created for position turnover post 2014 event. As Innovation Alley Coordinator I contributed to the logistics team by planning a businesses expo/tradeshow of 20 local businesses that was held during intermission of the TEDxCSU annual conference.
This document includes task descriptions and useful templates and contacts for future success.

Campaign Proposal Plan
Click on the document below to open a communication plan created for The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Colorado State. For this campaign I served as Creative Director. In this role I led the agency in the creation of both logos seen above as well as the execution of creative tactics. For client protection research results have been removed from this document. All four phases of the campaign were completed as a team. Spearheaded contributions can be found on pages: 17, 20, 31, 51, 53.
Donation Letter Samples
Click on the document below to open Materials Development information for the NoCo Mini Maker Faire. This event is a trade show for DIYers and creatives. The Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Advocacy for the Public (LEAP) program at CSU partnered with the NoCo Mini Maker Faire to put on a Nerdy Derby. The Nerdy Derby is like a pinewood derby with more art and creativity. My role was to lead a team in acquiring material donations from local businesses for participants to use to create the cars. This document features donation request letters, contacts and results from the first year of partnership. Read about the event here.
